In an unfortunate circumstances, a three storey building under construction that has collapsed in the early hours of today, Monday, May 29.
The building, a 3-storey which was under renovation situated on Daddy Alaja street, Oke-Arin on the Lagos Island.
Multiple reports by eyewitnesses state that many are trapped in the rubble at the time of the collapse pending the arrival of the State Emergency Agency (LASEMA) and the state fire service.
The actual number of casualties remains unknown as at the time of report.
Lagos state government is yet to make any statement on the unfortunate incident which rocked the city.
