A mean ex-boyfriend allegedly bathed 26-year-old lady, Miss Deborah Eteh with an acidic substance in Bayelsa.
According to report, the man traced her from Port Harcourt to Tombia Road, Yenagoa to inflict bodily harm on his ex-girlfriend.
Vanguard News gathered that both of them were in a relationship in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, before the victim opted out of the relationship and relocated to Yenagoa.
The suspect, who is currently detained at a police station in Port Harcourt, was apprehended by the victim’s neighbors.
Spokesman of the state Police Command, Asinim Butswat, who could not confirm the incident, sent an SMS, “I cannot talk right now, I will get back to you.”
Miss Deborah Eteh is currently receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre, Yenogoa.
