Eggs are tasty and delicious when consumed either boiled or fried, or when used to make your favorite meals like pancakes and baked cakes. They are very nutritional, as they are rich in amino acid and protein which helps to repair tissues and also to build your muscles, it will help with your general body growth.

Nutritionists believe that if you consume three eggs each day you will do yourself a whole lot of good. The general belief is that egg yolk is bad for you because of its high cholesterol level; this general belief has been misunderstood.

The fact is that the cholesterol aids the production of vital hormones such as; cortisol, testosterone, and estrogen.

While our liver produces cholesterol, if we consume eggs regularly, the liver will produce fewer amounts of cholesterol, as the body is supplied sufficient amounts of cholesterol. It is acknowledged even by the American Heart Association that bad cholesterol (LDL) has a detrimental effect on the cardiovascular condition of a person as it can potentially accumulate as plaque in a person’s arteries leading to stroke or even a heart attack. However, eggs are rich in good cholesterol (HDL) which will help to remove the bad cholesterol from the body by pushing it to the liver where it can be dissolved and then eventually eliminated from the body.
