Nollywood Actress Kemi Afolabi Reveals Says, “Marriage Has Enhanced My Acting Career''

Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi has revealed in an interview, that marriage has enhanced her career.

Most people feel when Nollywood actresses get married, they seem to be a decline in their career as they are always in the news for negative reasons, from the likes of tonto dike, mercy aigbe and others, who have been in the news for negative reasons, believe marriage dented their acting career, but there are still some actors, who believe marriage has had a positive impact on their profession, one of such people is Kemi Afolabi, an accomplished actress in the industry.

 

Kemi Afolabi, in an interview with THE PUNCH, revealed that marriage has not dented her career in any way but actually enhanced it. 

 

When she was asked if marriage has had a negative impact on her career.
She responded,

Luckily, marriage hasn’t in any way slowed down my acting career. If anything, it has enhanced it. I am not saying that there are no ups and downs but when you are married to your friend, things will certainly work out in your marriage and career. My husband has always provided the leadership and support structure that I need to succeed. As a wife and mother, I try to create a work-life balance so that no part of my life suffers at the expense of the other.
