The 37-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday and showed off her husband's latest token of affection: a house full of flowers.
Huge floral displays have become a bit of a tradition with the couple anyway. Kim posted a video to her Instagram story showing off a massive collection of the palest blush long-stem roses in a collection of huge grey concrete cubes.
The cubes were all in different sizes and artfully stacked on top of one another in a multi-level display like the chicest and most minimal flower shop.
She also showed the card that went along with it which read simply: My heart (with a large red heart standing in for the word).
'Woke up to all these beautiful flowers on a Sunday,' the mother of three said from behind the camera.
