Photo: Kaduna Gets First Ever Female Deputy Governor

Here's the first ever female Deputy Governor, in the history of Kaduna.  The All Progressive Congress Party (APC) took to their official Twitter page while celebrating the re-election of the Governor, but focused more on celebrating the amiable woman -- Dr Hadiza Balarabe. Here's what they wrote;

"Meet the biggest winner of the #KadunaDecides, Her Excellency, @DrHadiza Balarabe, the first female deputy governor in the history of Kaduna and the core North. Congratulations Dr Hadiza & Mallam @elRufai."
